Why Perth Buyers Use an Auction Bidding Service

Perth auctions are high pressure. With no cooling-off period in WA and a 10% deposit payable the moment the hammer falls, there is no room for second-guessing.

Auctioneers run hundreds of auctions. Most buyers attend one every few years. That imbalance is exactly what a professional auction bidding service is designed to fix.

01

Avoid Emotional Bidding

Stay disciplined and protect your budget when the pressure builds.

02

Bid with a Clear Strategy

Every bid is based on comparable sales, property condition, and your agreed ceiling price.

03

Level the Playing Field

Anna works exclusively for you, not the vendor.

04

Buy Without Being There

Anna attends and bids on your behalf. You don't need to be in the room.

Meet Your Auction Bidding Expert

I’m Anna Quintal, a REIWA-licensed Perth buyers agent (Licence RA82899). Together with Stirling Quintal, I’ve spent more than 15 years buying property across Perth and Fremantle and represented buyers at auctions across the metro area.

If the property looks right and auction day is the only thing standing between you and the keys, I’ll step in with a strategy. I’ll inspect the property, carry out due diligence, and bid on your behalf. You don’t need to be there.

How My Auction Bidding Service Works

 Strategy Session

We discuss your goals, budget, and the property. I’ll walk you through the auction process and what to expect on the day.

Property Inspections and Due Diligence

I inspect the property, compare local sales data, review the contract, and identify any risks. In Western Australia there is no cooling-off period after a successful auction contracts are signed immediately and a 10% deposit is payable on the day. Getting this stage right is not optional.

Auction Day Representation

I attend and bid on your behalf. You don’t need to be present. I’ll keep you updated throughout and call you as soon as it’s done.

Post-Auction Negotiation

If the property passes in, I negotiate directly with the selling agent on your behalf. This is included in the service at no extra cost.

Contract and Settlement Support

If your bid is successful, I’ll assist with contracts and guide you through to your final pre-settlement inspection.

Who This Auction Bidding Service Is For

  • FIFO workers who can’t attend inspections or auctions in person
Interstate and overseas buyers purchasing property remotely or relocating to Perth
  • First home buyers who want support navigating the pressure of auction day
  • Investors who don’t want emotion involved in the bidding process
Those too nervous to stand and bid under the heat of the hammer

Before auction day, we agree on a maximum bid based on the property’s condition, recent sales, market value, and your budget. When I bid for you, I’m there to secure the right property at the right price, or walk away before the purchase stops making sense.

We bid at auctions across the Perth metro area including Nedlands, Cottesloe, Subiaco, South Perth, Mount Lawley, Fremantle, and Claremont.

No. I represent you completely on auction day. Many of my clients are FIFO workers or interstate buyers who prefer not to be present. I will keep you updated throughout and call you with the result.

No. Under Western Australian law, contracts are signed immediately and a 10% deposit is payable on the day. This is why thorough preparation before auction day is critical.

As early as possible. Ideally two to three weeks before auction day gives us enough time for inspections, due diligence, and strategy. Contact me even if the auction is coming up quickly.
